Notes:

Despite the fact that Empires SMP empires will be used as locations, the actual emperors won't actually be in charge of them. At most the empire may be where they're from. Also sorry but Eversea is actually a former pirate isle that's been de-pirated. We're using Scar's S6 pirate islands as a meeting point.
