Pain was still what he continued to feel when he ran out of the house. Black with gray haze, growing exponentially, enveloping his entire being and clutching hard at his throat. It was as if that haze had turned into a strong grip on the fighter's hands at some point.

Summary
They had an argument with Kim Dan before the flight out. Not that they had a fight... more like they didn't say goodbye properly. As Jaekyung remembers now, it was for a very simple, trivial reason. He would have liked to laugh, but the image of the physiotherapist's scowling, stubborn physiotherapist stubbornly packing his clothes into a small grey suitcase came to mind.
Now that he pictured Kim Dan's indignant and hurt face, he wanted to turn around and disappear from the corridor altogether.
