Standing there, trembling, she looked into Rio's eyes, desperate for mercy. She’d been able to talk him out of killing her before, maybe this time would work too. The cruel laughter that escaped his lips cut through her like a knife, shattering that dream before it even really began.
"I'm not gon’ kill nobody, darlin’. That's your job now," Rio taunted, pushing the gun across the table with a sinister grin. He may as well have hit her with the gun, the way his words hit her like a brick. He wanted her to shoot someone? Who? Him or Dean? Or honestly maybe even both.

It was funny ( not really ) that she kept obsessively coming back to clean this one spot. One would think she almost felt guilty for what she did ( she didn’t ) the truth was, everytime the gun shot and sight of blood pooling around Dean popped back up, she imagined actually finishing the job for real… and that was the problem.
