Charlie stood frozen at Alan's panicked voice.
“He's gone. Babe- oh god. He was watching Charlie’s crash on repeat. Just over and over again. I didn’t even- I didn’t know he had the footage.”
The world seemed to stop turning for a second, and it left Charlie behind. But he couldn’t connect the words. Because it sounded like Alan implied that Babe was dead.
