Summary
After finally defeating Zargothrax in the Terrorvortex, Angus XIII has his hands full with trying to rebuild Space Dundee after the devastating final battle. Except, Dundee had been a democracy before Zargothrax arrived. Angus, having been raised to rule a kingdom, has no concept of democracy, nor interest in learning to live in one. He's clear on what his destiny is, ruling Space Dundee. His misguided attempt to issue "peace" put the universe off balance, and it's on the least likely man in the universe to stop him and restore balance: Zargothrax, the dark sorcerer he was meant to defeat.
