Summary
Just as fast as the peace starts, it ends when both Zoro and Law see Luffy stick the spoon that was just in Zoro’s mouth into his own without any regard to his own life apparently. Law shoots him an incredulous glare, questioning what the hell Luffy was doing with the spoon of a sick man in his mouth.
“What?” Luffy says, “Sanji made good soup-”
or: Zoro gets sick, Law can't cook for shit, and Sanji isn't having any of it. Oh and Luffy's there too, but he just stuck his sick boyfriend's spoon in his mouth like an idiot.

Summary
"Oi cook," Zoro asks him, "Got anymore sake?" The words flutter against his ear, sending shivers down Sanji's spine. Every part of Sanji feels electrified and it's in that moment that Sanji realizes Zoro is way too fucking close for his liking. He's trying to prepare a meal, not spring a boner, and Zoro was being terribly distracting on his quest for more sake.
But he isn't gonna smack his boyfriend away from him, how rude would that be in this exact moment?
or: Bite sized pieces of Sanji's utter love and joy literally flowing through his body because he's hopelessly in love. So much so that he literally bleeds because of it (in a silly comedy way, no sadness allowed).

Summary
Sanji thinks he can make a ten-minute walk without something super embarrassing happening.
"Let's just go to yours," Sanji says and now his head is pounding. There's way too much going on and it's far too loud for him; he’s getting far too much sensory overload for his liking and he just wants to go home. "Easier," Sanji continues.
"Yeah, don't worry about it," Zoro says. They both get up, making their way to the exit while Sanji has the balance of a clown on roller skates finding balance on some grease; he makes it a good five minutes and then stumbles, tripping on his own feet. "You need help walking or are you going to be fine?"
He’s sure he says he’ll be fine in response, but all he remembers of the night is puking outside of the Barto Club and heading home.
or: how Sanji Black comes to reckon with a whole bunch of complicated feelings involving the love of his life....and Zoro (the other love of his life, but he won't say that out loud yet).
