Summary
Ann's been through a lot as of late, and in the aftermath of recent events, the only objective at hand is simple: Go home, wind down, and be inactive. At least, inactive for now.
Ayane also has an objective: Be beside Ann, one way or another. However it happens, or whatever happens, now that she's back within reach.
Inexperience aside, expressing and understanding feelings is yet another mystery to investigate together.

Summary
One morning after the incident at the Auld Eden Mall, Ann receives an odd message supposedly from a weeks-missing Alan, and a brief sink into his laboratory rabbit hole reveals all is not what it was assumed to be with recent events. Reluctant to investigate the disappearance of the man who hid so much and filled many of her days with doubt, but unable to ignore him being seemingly forgotten by the world, Ann cannot leave the local mystery alone, especially if solving it can provide some form of closure.
In the meantime, Ayane peruses Alan's research datum, intending to learn more about the doctor's secret doings and to resume the development of Ann's GROM in his absence. Amid the ensuing discoveries and developments, both girlfriends find strength and weakness strewn along their first weeks together, learning what it takes, and what is given, with being a couple.
Frankly, both of them are glad that Ann receives hazard pay as an Agency field investigator.

Summary
Several days after the events of Remanent, Ann is tasked with a questionable and particularly illegal assignment, striking a direct blow to a developing scenario she and Ayane have barely begun to piece together independently. Shortly afterward, unprecedented chaos engulfs an already crime-weary Noctis, and Ann comes to terms with being a critical element of the ongoing power struggles in the region, unwittingly toppling empires by the hand of the Consortium despite her denial of association.
Later on, ensuring those she loves are secure, contained, and protected in the aftermath, Ann fully embraces her hobby of being on a baseball team, and Ayane seeks a different sort of home run, as they near and surpass three months together.
