  Summary

The stars always seem misaligned for Nirene Stigandr, tragedy affects the Stigandr family like a generational curse.
Ones gotta move on in life, get off their ass and get a job. Even if that job is killing for money, what's the worse that can come from it?

This short story covers Nirene's time as a Mercenary known as "Outworlds Butcher" over the course of a couple years, some bad choices he made and questionable relationships he got into, with slight resolve at the end.
