Summary
Ardae's life is shit. All he's got to look forward to is a town of people who don't give a damn what happens to him, and a father who's probably going to beat him to death one of these days. He has no future, and no desire to create one. Then one day, a man shows up in his town looking for a rare treasure, and the interest he shows in Ardae isn't anything like what he's used to. Not only that, but it threatens everything he is.
