Read it. Really enjoyed it. Thorin is reincarnated as Sebastian Moran and Bilbo as John Watson. Gandalf works for the government. Fili and Kili are Phillip and Kyle. Sherlock is Smaug. Azog is a weapons dealer and sniper who figures out who John was. Sebastian cannot bring himself to shoot John and when Gandalf finds him and restores his memories, he realizes why..the story continues from there.
