Summary
The longer version of 'Ten things wrong with Col. Robert Hogan's week' for IFD2024, which you can find in the first part of this collection. I'm quite happy with this, to be honest. I haven't done much HH fanfic writing (that wasn't written ten years ago, I mean), so their characters are still a little shaky.

Summary
Colonel Robert Hogan isn't often injured on the missions he and his men run. But when he is it's typically pretty bad.
'Robert felt scalding pain on his back, pain so horrible and unimaginable that he began to fall forward because his brain was just screaming at him. He couldn't balance. The impact of his head hitting the floor was the last thing he felt before the world began to fade to black, his men's yells mere whispers to his slowly leaving conscious.'

Summary
Carter is captured by the Gestapo during a mission and Peter discovers him after he's been tortured.
Graphic Violence tag is a precaution because I describe the wounds of torture a little bit. I could probably have gone without it, but I prefer to be safe rather than sorry.

Colonel Robert Hogan is used to dangerous situations - as spies and Underground agents he and his men are in danger every day. But sometimes it's a little more terrifying than usual. (All Content Warnings in the End Notes as they contain spoilers)
Weltschmerz - German phrase that means 'world pain'

Summary
Prison camps can make anyone a little crazy. Or at least, that's what Helen thinks when she's first dumped into Stalag 13 and meets Col. Robert Hogan and his band of POWs. Of course, she then becomes part of that band, so who's to say she isn't crazy?
