Summary
It's getting close to Christmas at Camp Half-Blood, but the demigods aren't really thinking about that. Actually, they're pretty bored now, so they want to do something to get rid of that. And what better way to cure boredom than to go out skating? Li'l bit of Solangelo in there, with the typical Big Three boys being bros.

Summary
It's coming up to New Year at Camp Half Blood, and all is well - friendships have been strengthened, rivalries aren't so violent, and the group has generally become closer, even without Frank and Hazel. But Nico... well, Nico isn't too satisfied with his relationship with a certain person, and he's going to sort that out. Solangelo! And a sequel(-ish) to 'A Christmas Present'.

Summary
"If you'd asked Jason Grace a few years ago where exactly he planned to be a few years later, he would have probably answered with a stammer of, “I don't know,” or a cheeky, “come back to me in a few years”... He didn't expect, a few years after saving the world, to actually be able to go to college."
Welcome to New Rome: a place of learning, opportunity, and... maybe not the sanest of demigods. Of course, most demigods don't realise the last point until they *arrive* there. Which is exactly what Jason learnt as soon as he arrived there. But hey, maybe with his friends around... it won't be that bad.

Summary
prompt: cloud spotting
“Now that was some good food.” Annabeth sighed as she lay back in the grass, shifting herself so that her head rested on Percy’s chest and she was looking up at the sky. “Remind me to thank your mom for that.”
Percy’s laugh rumbled in his chest, his hands coming up to rest behind his head. “How do you know it’s my mom’s doing? I can make a perfectly good sandwich.”
“Your mom came to visit you in New Rome just last week, and she went shopping in the market. Plus, it’s the holidays, so I know she came with Paul and Estelle and I haven’t seen them leave yet.” She turned her head to look up at his face. “And then, even if they hadn’t come, I know your mom’s recipe for blue cookies. You can’t replicate that recipe. You’ve never been able to. I’ve tasted your attempts.”

Summary
prompt: “i don’t want to grow up!”
When Sally had told Percy that Estelle needed picking up from school because both she and Paul were busy, Percy had been ecstatic. Being away in New Rome, living on the other side of the country, it meant that he didn’t get to see his baby sister as much as he wanted to. Heck, part of him had wondered whilst he was over there whether there was going to be more than just Estelle, but he was kind of relieved to come home and see that there was only his little sister running about and causing havoc.
Anyway, yes. Percy had been asked to pick his little sister up from school.

prompt: “because i love you”
“You didn’t have to do that.”
Percy and Annabeth stood at the doorway to the bathroom, staring into it. Neither daring to go in.
The reason? At least five dead spiders on a now wet bathroom floor, very obviously drowned, as evidenced by the overflowing sink that was still dripping onto the tiled floor. And honestly, Percy felt as though another one could appear any time — he hadn’t flooded the shower drain yet to wash any stray ones away.
Annabeth, on the other hand, was stood in her towel, still dripping from the shower she’d leapt out of the moment the first spider had crawled out. She was slowly looking between the dead spiders on the floor, and her boyfriend. “Really, you didn’t have to do that, Perce.”

Summary
prompt: flag waving
Percy breathed deeply as he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, pulling it away to see blood. Of course I split my lip again. Perfect.
It was time forthe camp’s weekly game of Capture the Flag and, as he and Annabeth had been visiting from New Rome with a couple of other demigod friends, they’d offered to take part in this week’s Capture the flag with the new demigods who had arrived. And Percy had actually looked forward to it at the time. As usual, Poseidon had an alliance with Athena, so he was on Annabeth’s side; Apollo was with Ares this week, and they obviously had Hades on their side, meaning that it was Big Three versus Big Three — always a fun sort of fight, considering he and Nico were both very powerful demigods. After so long not in any sort of fighting or battle situation, Percy had sort of looked forward to it.
Now he wasn’t so sure.

prompt: “the thought of you… it makes my heart soar.”
“So… is there a reason you brought me here? Or are you just killing time?”
There was amusement on Percy’s features, and they made any nervousness Nico felt about the whole situation melt away into amusement. Instead, he laughed a little, sticking his hands deeper into his jacket pockets.
“Well, you see, I wanted to talk.”
Percy raised an eyebrow. “Talk?”
“Catch up.”
The eyebrow fell and a full smile grew on Percy’s face, one that Nico was pretty sure he hadn’t seen in a while. “Oh. Cool.” And then his eyes darted from Nico to the river they were sitting on the banks of. Nico knew what Percy was going to ask before he said it. “Even on the riverbank?”

Summary
prompt: warming up
Montauk always had, and always would, be one of Percy’s favourite places to visit. Not least because it was nostalgic — his mom had always brought him there as a kid, and his dad had a habit of meeting him there too, whether it be in dreams or the rare few times in real life. It wasn’t a place he ever wanted to stop visiting.
That didn’t mean it was always appropriate to visit.
Running in from the storm, he shook his hair out, droplets flying all over the place. It wasn’t often that he allowed himself to get wet like this, but there were times when it felt refreshing, when he enjoyed the feel of the rain on his skin and the salt water on his face.
He knew for a fact that his girlfriend felt otherwise.

Summary
Moving house was always a chore and a half. Ignoring the fact that they were moving across the whole country, they were moving all of their stuff into a whole apartment and combining their lives. There were boxes everywhere, some heavier than others. It was a lot. It was busy. It was exhausting.
And for some reason, Annabeth was determined to get it all done herself before Percy could set foot in the apartment. His stuff had all been sent across already, meaning that the only thing that needed to be in the apartment by the end of the summer was Percy.
Just because all of his stuff was over didn’t mean that it was all unpacked, though, and it certainly didn’t mean that Annabeth’s stuff was all there and unpacked yet. So, really, even if all the stuff was in the apartment, not all of it was unpacked by the time Percy arrived.
That was how, one morning, Percy woke up to no Annabeth in bed beside him but the sound of boxes scraping along the floors and being hefted and dropped throughout the apartment.
