The man's laughter breaks through the night air, unexpectedly warm and genuinely amused. And damn, if that sound didn't send a shiver down Kim Dokja's spine. "Tell me, what's your name?" the man asks, smoothing back into his composed demeanor as if the laughter had never escaped him. Kim Dokja, caught slightly off-guard, retorts with a playful, "Guess."
He can tell the man is trying to maintain an air of indifference, but Kim Dokja likes to think that underneath, the man is a little surprised. “Fool. You must be to engage in banter with someone who's been discarding human limbs into the river,” the man retorts. And sure, Kim Dokja did cheekily tell him to guess, but 'fool'? That's a bit much. Feeling a mix of indignation and annoyance, he lets out a snort.
