Summary
“Look, hon, I know that you want to help but you need to think this through.”
“I did. We made a plan ok.” Charlie explained. “We are going to offer Val a bet. Husk will play him for his soul. Husk wins and he gets him then releases Angel.”
“And if Husk loses? What does Val gain because he is not going to take it unless there is at least a chance of him getting something out of it.” Vaggie questioned skeptically.
“Well…” Charlie started but trailed off avoiding her gaze.
“Charlie?” Vaggie questioned when her girlfriend did not answer.
“Her,” Husk cut in. Vaggie's head snapped over to where he was sitting. “If I win I get Angel’s soul so I can then release him. And if Val wins he keeps Angel and gets Charlie’s soul. He will own her. Like he owns Angel.”
Or Husk and Charlie make a bet with Val in an attempt to free Angel from him.
Inspired by artyphex on tiktok. They made a video talking about this prompt and I wanted to share my spin on it.

Summary
Vaggie helps Charlie shower after a long day.
This is a one-shot that I wrote as a companion piece to my book A Deal With the (Worst) Devil it takes place during chapter 15. However, it can be read by itself. You don't have to have the context of what happened in my book to understand it and there aren't any spoilers for my book.

Summary
Don’t trade future comfort for familiar chaos.
Anthony had never been particularly fond of change. He knew that often for things to get better things had to change.
But what if things changed and did not get better? What if they got worse?
He did not think he had the strength to let hope in.
The last time he did it almost ended in Charlie getting ruined by Val. Maybe the end of that story, of him getting out had disproved his point, but he was decidedly not thinking about that.
Sure, being released from Val’s bounds was a good thing. But where did that leave Anthony? He did not know how to proceed from here. So he did what he knew best. He self-destructed.
Or Anthony tries to heal and redeem himself to get into heaven. But healing is never linear. It’s a hard process filled with two steps forward and one step back. Or sometimes three steps back. But it is a process that Anthony is going to go through. All while falling in love with a demon that seems to have no intention of redeeming himself. What could possibly go wrong?
This is a sequel to A Deal with the (Worst) Devil and will not make sense without reading that first.
