Summary
Whenever an omega lays eyes on their alpha for the first time, the omega eyes turn gold. The phenomena known as 'The Golden Gaze' renders the omega unable to speak or move until mated and claimed by their alpha. Failure to mate means death for the omega. The Golden Gaze is considered romantic and a dream for every alpha and omega.
For Castiel and Sam, with a nearly thirty-year age difference, it's awkward. Castiel doesn't want to hurt Sam. This is far from the fairy tales they read about.

Summary
