Summary
Trying her hardest to muster up all the excitement she felt earlier in the bathroom, she forced a hopeful smile that didn’t reach her eyes. There was a sliver of hope inside of her that if she showed him she was happy with the news maybe he would be too. “We’re having a baby”, she felt pathetic when her voice cracked and even more so when his face remained unmoved. His expression reminded her of the stone cold T.O. that she met her first day at Mid- Whilshire, the one that terrified her. A wave of nausea came over her.
“I’ll see you later at work.” He offered flatly before leaving the room.
aka Tim’s reaction to Lucy’s news is less than ideal. Don’t worry, his sister and his best friend set him straight.
