“The streets are calling you Dream Eater these days,” Jeonghan continues, his velvet tone infused with sinister amusement. “Would you like me to call you that?”
Wonwoo wrinkles his nose. “Bit dramatic, isn’t it?”
“At least you have a name.” Jeonghan sighs and tucks his hair behind his ear. There’s no bitterness in his voice, but something icy flickers in his irises.
“You’d have one too, if you’d let anyone who gave you one live long enough to use it.”
“Touché.” Jeonghan steps closer, the air around him growing colder, the darkness deepening as he approaches. “But names are for the living, Wonwoo-yah. And we both know we’re something else entirely.”
