Summary
On the night of Charlie Morningstar’s coronation, her best friend Vaggie disappears into the night without a word, fully unaware of the current situation with the crystal known as Hell’s Frozen Heart.
As an unnatural Winter overcomes Hell, Charlie sets off with her closest of friends to search and bring Vaggie home, leaving her Hazbin Hotel and her kingdom in the care of Sir Pentious, Cherri, Lucifer, Carmilla and Seviathan. On the quest, Charlie will soon discover her heart to be tested and wonder if she can avoid an icy fate for those she loves.

Summary
It has been almost eight years since the Frozen Heart crystal was destroyed, since former queen Charlie Morningstar eloped with the Radio Demon Alastor. As another week-long celebration takes place, with Lucifer deeming Vaggie x Angel Dust ready to be king and queen, Charlie, Alastor and their twin daughters Pandora Altruist and Celeste Morningstar have a normal life full of family love.
Meanwhile, weak from the Frozen Heart crystal being destroyed, the entity searches for a strong host to latch onto like a parasite to sustain themselves. Once chosen, the victim will wreak havoc upon Charlie’s kingdom and people.
Receiving a letter from the Overlord of Cannibal Town, Charlie hurries back with Alastor and the IMP assassins to save her kingdom. However, they are unaware that the parasitic entity will seek their revenge against her legacy.
