Summary
The Ace of Spades has been captured by the Hearts Kingdom and awaits his trial in the dungeons. He doesn't have high hopes for the outcome considering the King of Hearts is rather quick to make others lose their heads over the slightest infraction. Although... it's been so long since his capture that Ace is starting to think that maybe they've forgotten about him down here. Oh well, at least he has a stone-faced card soldier guarding him that he can monologue at (and maybe try and get a reaction out of) to entertain himself in the meantime. If nothing else, it's nice to have some company when you're about to die.

Summary
Ace returns to the kingdom of Spades, but his heart remains in the kingdom he escaped. He resolves to return for Ichiji no matter the cost, though that might easier be said then done with a revolution raging in the Kingdom of Hearts. Ace must wade through a kingdom in turmoil (with the help of a less than trustworthy guide) if he wants to save the love he left behind.
