Summary
Sometimes, Eddie feels like he can read exactly what’s going on in Buck’s head just from his face. And other times, times like this…it just feels like looking at a map without a legend.
“Would you want to…” Eddie says, and Buck starts nodding, which spurs him on. “Would you want to come with?”
“Yes, yes, yes, absolutely yes, I want to go get Chris with you.”
Eddie works on identifying his emotions, Chris asks to come home, and Buck has a secret.

Though unspoken, the word codependent floats through his mind again.
“Well, Eddie is my best friend.”
Chris calls while Buck and Tommy are finalizing their backpacking plans. Things devolve.
