Back on a Livejournal community called Play The Damn Card Already, circa 2007-2009, I posted a comment on a Yugioh shipping list suggesting that the name for a ship involving Malik Ishtar and Siegfried von Schroeder should be called Lavendershipping. It was accepted and added to the OP’s list. That post is gone now, but its legacy remains. Little did I know, nearly 20 years later this rarepair would be my OTP! It went from a simple crack pairing inspired by an RP to a serious obsession. I have a lot of timelines and settings and scenarios I imagine these two in… and here’s some of them!
