Summary
Cas is acting odd, or at least more odd than normal, which is concerning to Dean. If it wasn't the random disappearing acts, it was the strange cravings that he seemed to have developed or the constant irritability. Dean didn't know exactly what was happening to his husband, but he knew he needed to find out.
After having a conversation with his brother Sam, everything finally falls into place and he realises his life is about to change forever.

Summary
Castiel is now 6 months into his pregnancy, and it hasn't been easy. He spends most of his time exhausted due to the pain of the Nephilim he is growing. But it isn’t all bad. Their sex life has improved dramatically, and they spend most of their nights having sex for hours to satiate the angels horniness.
There is another positive though, and that’s the addictive glow that his baby has given him in a bid to try and communicate with Dean. Making him even more breathtaking in Deans eyes.
After their latest sex session Dean finds out there is one more positive of his pregnancy that his husband has been hiding from him. One that will help Dean grow even closer to their little baby.

Summary
When Cas goes into labor, Dean believes it will be a snap for the angel. Thinking that he would be able to use his grace to keep himself free of pain. However, it doesn't take long for him to realise things may not be as simple as they seem.
He gets Cas to a secure location, in a reinforced birthing room in the bunker, and leaves him to his birth. Knowing that it would be too dangerous for him to stay.
Feeling awful that he can't be with his husband during his most vulnerable moment, he sits outside of the reinforced door. Whilst he listens to Cas delivering the baby, he can't help but wonder, will he be a good father to their Nephilim? Or is he doomed to make the same mistakes with his own child, as his father made with him and Sam?

Summary
It's been a few months since Cas has given birth to Joy, and being parents to a little girl has been a bit of an adjustment for Cas and Dean.
Dean spends the majority of his time exhausted, barely able to stay awake when he isn't looking after his daughter. Whilst Cas assured him he would take on the majority of the burden in looking after their daughter, Dean doesn't feel right making Cas take on everything, no matter how tired he is.
During an early morning feed with Joy, he decides to tell her the story of his life to try and keep himself awake. And makes an admission about when he first knew he loved Cas.

Summary
Cas is horny, well hornier than normal. Due to their new life with their daughter Joy though, it has been difficult for Dean to satiate his husband's needs in the bedroom. Only able to do so when Sam is looking after her. When she is away for the weekend with her uncle, Cas reveals a secret he has been hiding.
He wants to have another baby.
With the bunker to themselves, they start trying for another baby to grow their little family even more.
