"We might need more people to man the boat." Jongho shrugs. Four people definitely wouldn't be enough, but he knows they could figure it out.

"Mingi," He says quietly, his voice steady. Yunho ignores San, his gaze fixed solely on Mingi. He took a deep breath. "If I help you, you're indebted to me—to Hongjoong."
"Go. I'll live." Mingi didn't meet his gaze, his face a mask of stubborn pride.
"We aren't done." Yunho took another step forward, leaning in closer to Mingi, his voice low but firm. Mingi looks up at him, something flickering in his eyes, but he doesn't respond.

Summary
The air in the hold is thick with tension. Seonghwa swallows, his throat brushing against the edge of Mingi's blade as it presses tighter against his skin. He can feel the weight of his heartbeat in his throat. One wrong word could be the end of him.
"Seonghwa." His name slips out, quiet but firm. For a moment, nothing happens—no reaction from the others, no flicker of recognition from them—but Hongjoong's smirk fades, replaced by a sharp gleam in his eyes. It dawns on him alone who Seonghwa truly is. The others either don't recognize the name or are far too skilled at hiding their surprise.

Seonghwa has to get out one way or another and to his dismay, the captain of the ship he’s managed to sneak on has him earn his place. Seonghwa seems to get more than he expected, the captain does as well. (Prequel 3)

"We tried it your way," Wooyoung insists, desperation tinging his words as he struggles to catch his breath, but San is touching him. Holding his hands down and using his weight to hold him down. "My way works better."
"You are covered in snot and tears, and you're scared," San replies gently. Wooyoung wants to tell him that it's nothing, he's been all of those things before, but San is touching him. He's panicked, but it's all at once, unlike the low simmering of when San touches him slower as if he would break. San lowers his head, hovering over his head. "I don't like this method."

As Hongjoong is called back East where he’s from, Wooyoung wants to work on getting to where he was before he was taken. It’s not as easy as he would like it to be.
