my brain kicked down the metaphorical door the other day yelling about giving the miracrewlous a freakin support system and boy howdy i am having a blast. a ball, even.
in the wh13 timeline, we are post-series. in the miraculous timeline, the first changes that ladybug and company experience start right around despair bear, and stuff just starts snowballing from there.
will probably also feature cameos and/or nods to the show "eureka," which canonically crossed over with wh13 via an episode or two in each show bringing in a character or two from the other, but i'm not really planning on bringing the eureka gang in much more than that atm. idk we'll see how this goes lol
if i can wrangle my brain for long enough, i have a few fic ideas scattered around this fused-fandom continuity, but here's what i've got thought out so far:
- Unnamed Xover Catalyst Multichapter
-- Covers the timeline from "Despair Bear" to "Robostus" with an extra akuma or two thrown in for flavor. Handles the initial meeting of Myka Bering, Pete Lattimer, Ladybug, and Chat Noir, as well as working through various logistical shenanigans including but not limited to "how are we supposed to communicate if we don't all understand either french or english" and "if i had a nickel for every 150+yo who worked with magical artifacts and tried to keep them secret and safe, i'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice, right?"
-- Also changes events enough that Master Fu is willing to let Miraculous be handed out on a permanent basis, rather than temporarily. This will have Ramifications.
- Unnamed Claudia & Markov Oneshot
-- Happens during Zombizou. I just really wanted to make a tech geek fave from my childhood interact with The Son Boy and now i think i'm accidentally foreshadowing Markov becoming a Miraculous wielder and Max getting to visit Eureka. How did this happen

-- Happens during Sandboy. Chloé Bourgeois begins her attempt at a redemption arc with some good, old-fashioned nightmare fuel, self-loathing, and action that turns into horror the more you think about it. Might end up writing a part 2 where she goes into detail about her nightmare with the other heroes, idk yet.

-- Multichapter set sometime after Chameleon. What happens when Tom and Sabine overhear a conversation between their daughter and her partner that they were never meant to hear? What happens when the distraught parents are turned into a combination akuma, Oblivio-style? What happens when the two adults are able to push back against Papillon just a little bit more than anyone (including themselves) expected?
- Unnamed Showdown Multichapter
-- In the aftermath of Foster, Marinette's parents are no longer safe- at least, not without the help of a couple extra Miraculous. With danger levels rising, though, Ladybug comes to the realization that she needs to call in everyone to put a stop to Papillon once and for all, and that includes a call to a dinky little unincorporated town in South Dakota.
I might also do some stuff focused mainly on wh13 characters to try and balance things out some, but idk what yet.
