Summary
A prequel to the "Neptune's Tsunami" saga. As Sailor V begins her new mission, her attention is drawn to a series of shipwrecks in Japanese waters and the stories of a "Sea Goddess" responsible. And the Dark Agency has also taken interest in this rumored these shipwrecks, and Sailor V will have to come to blows with them as she discovers a long-buried truth about her past life and someone who was once dear to her.
