Before Fellow could fit another word in, Linh was leaving him and his touch, hurrying out of their bedroom. He found himself tumbling towards the deck, nearly tripping over his own feet on the way up. He didn’t stop until his hands were on the railing of his ship, left to stand there before the gently rolling waves that passed by. From where they were docked, he could see the waves lap at the shore as the stars danced in the endless depths of the sea.
