His hair is loose and hanging around his face under the hood of his zip up. It’s too big around his shoulders, drooping sleeves rolled up at his wrists. In his hands he dwarfs a plate of peeled tangerines, cheeks pushed out as he pauses mid chew. His expression is soft, sleepy still even as his eyes widen a little to take her in. When he tries to say hi around his mouthful, tangerine juice dribbles down his chin.
She wants him so bad it’s sick.
—Izuku and Ochako break up. She comes to terms with the fact that he was never hers in the first place.

Summary
In scenario one, Izuku shows up at his door covered in blood and tears.
Katsuki helps him bury the body.
In scenario two, he shows up free of blood but still crying.
“I want to be your girlfriend Kacchan.” He says.
In real life, he looks at Katsuki, something splintering in his gaze, and says, “I know you said not to come back - but I really need a friend.”
Katsuki lets him in.
—Or, Katsuki and Izuku figure out who they are and what they want, together and apart.
