  Summary

  Tamlin took a deep breath and turned to look at me again. “Is this how it was in the Night Court, hm?” He took a step closer to her, which she instinctively retreated from. It did not go unnoticed and she felt his power rippling from him, the beast ever closer to the surface. She had definitely been too convincing for her own good.
