“You love being my drugged up little bitch.” Thanos’ voice is lowered to a whisper, hot breath fanning over Nam-gyu’s skin. “And guess what, boy? I love it, too.”
He says the last part in English, his tone brash and so insanely provocative that Nam-gyu might faint.
Or: Nam-gyu is Thanos’ sidekick; his dog, his plaything, whatever words the other players want to run their mouths off with. What matters is that Nam-gyu is owned, and he’ll happily play into it.

Summary
“Look.” There’s a rough hand in Nam-gyu’s hair, forcing his head up, and he meets Thanos’ eyes in the mirror. That’s it. Nam-gyu is actually going to faint this time. He thinks so at least, until Thanos speaks again. “Gorgeous.”
Prior butchering aside, Nam-gyu never ever thought he’d find the pronunciation of an English word attractive. Until now, of course. He might have to start learning.
Or: Nam-gyu and Thanos sneak off once more, this time with a few promises to make good of.

Summary
Thanos leans forward, lips brushing over Nam-gyu’s ear, and whispers in English, “Selfish. Jealous. Needy boy.”
Something must snap, because Nam-gyu’s pushing Thanos against the wall hard, and he’s looping the necklace up and around Thanos’ neck a second time. The restriction is tight, and he wraps the tail end around his fingers like he’s picking out rings at a jeweler’s. He’s got Thanos in a vice grip.
Or: Thanos and Gyeong-su have a questionable moment. Nam-gyu has a point to make.
