The 118 were all out at a bar, celebrating a big win today. They’d rescued a school bus full of children before the bus tumbled down a cliff. A familiar flash of red hair and a whiff of a rich almond perfume had caught Buck’s attention about ten minutes ago and that led him here, sitting at a table, catching up with none other than Taylor Kelly.

They both watch as the male character–John?–dives between the legs of the female character–Cindy? It’s lackluster at best, but clearly, Eddie isn’t expecting much more from a low-budget movie he hadn’t been bothering to pay attention to until now.
“Weak,” Buck says, turning to look at Eddie.
“You think you’re any better?” Eddie asks, setting his phone down and looking down to look at Buck instead.
“You know I’m better than that!” Buck huffs, glaring up at Eddie.
“Not better than me, though,” Eddie says, tapping a gentle finger against Buck’s nose, jerking it back at Buck surges forward, teeth snapping at him.
