Summary
Five and Lila never thought they would make it back from the maze of subway stations and alternative timelines. Until they do. Set a few years after the events of Slipped Away Like A Moment In Time, a glimpse into exactly what that consultant job with Derek turned into. You don't need to have read slipped away to enjoy this - it works as a little stand alone one shot too.
Five and Lila are the people you call when you have a security problem. Their reputation is one of getting the job done, of finding the problems that companies didn't even know existed, of closing loopholes before they become a problem. Their methods are effective. But unorthodox. Whispered about at conferences, their names passed around between friends. They were who you called when you needed stuff fixing now.
But this time, they're pitching for a big fish account. The sort where the boss doesn't think there is a problem at all. So they're going to demonstrate just how good they are. In their own unique way.
