Summary
Another story. Another fight between the Heroine and the Villainess. Exhausted and unhappy, Buddy heads for bed but Chase finds himself unable to sleep and instead goes into another book to meet with Buddy and try to talk things out. There, Buddy asks an unexpected favour that leads Chase to learning something about him that he would never have guessed. As trust grows between them, is something else also beginning to grow? With danger closing in, the Heroine and the Villainess have never needed to work together more to keep themselves, each other, their keys and Chase's family safe.
