"Mommy, when is uncle Buck's baby coming?"
The question is asked in half-sleep, the little girl barely visible under her comforter. Yet Maddie knows she didn't dream it, that her daughter did indeed say the words “Buck” and “baby” in the same sentence. Two words that the adult would never have thought to associate, to be honest. While her brother seems to be the happiest man alive with Tommy, the two men have never discussed starting a family together. Not in her presence, at least. Did Jee-Yun just revealed a secret to her, one that could change everything?
