Summary
Percy had a twin before named Peregrine, otherwise known as Perry. They had a horrible relationship, with Perry being aggressive towards Percy. After an incident at a young age, Perry drowns in a lake. Sick of his family being unable to cope with the fact that they looked the same and couldn't forgive him for leaving Perry that day, Percy creates a memory-erasing potion. The rest of his family no longer remembers Perry, and Percy thinks it’s for the best. And it was... until Perry shows up at the doorstep nearly eight years later to exact his revenge; a revenge that eventually leads to the iconic Arthur/Percy fight.
This fic is weirdly canon-compliant. and i tagged it as "Weasley Family Bashing" even though i think it's more complicated than that.
