Summary
Albedo would like to blame two things for the current situation he found himself in.
Firstly, his overwhelming fondness for Aether overshadowed his ability to fully understand everything that was said that night.
Secondly, his inclination to stay in his room and read in his personal library or research in his new secluded study resulted in him not being fully aware of every change in the house.
This is what led to him getting caught completely off-guard—staring wide-eyed at the Calvary Captain standing in the kitchen at 3 in the morning, returning an equally baffled stare.
OR
Albedo and Kaeya become roommates in Aether’s teapot and take the opportunity to get to know each other a little bit better :)

Summary
Kaeya had a problem.
Loath as he was to admit it.
But for all his efforts, he couldn’t find any reason to actually distrust Albedo. He could be suspicious all he liked, but at the end of the day, it was just as Jean had said—considering who brought him here, of course there was going to be something suspicious about him.
It didn’t necessarily mean that he was secretly concocting some plot to destroy Mondstadt one day.

The sequel, AKA Kaeya's perspective to And They Were Roommates! Not necessary to read the first one first, so the order is up to you!
