Summary
It starts with a blue couch. Ratty and stained and probably way past its prime. But that's what starts it all.
Once simple yet awkward conversation changes Roman and Logan's perspectives on life. Logan had never met a man like Roman before, charming and passionate. Kind of full of himself, but there seems to be more under the surface.
Likewise Roman had never met someone like Logan. He was smart, calculated, withdrawn. But Roman liked that about him, he knew there was some one incredible beneath all the carefully made walls.
Will the two be able overcome the many hurdles, family, work and life in general throws at them or will they be stuck at cross roads?
(Prequel to 'It's a bit of a Fixer upper' and 'Oh, Broadway here he comes!')

Summary
Middle school is hard. Teenagers are terrifying. But it's fineeee, Roman's got this though. All he's gotta do is fix up enough of a budget to get a decent theatre show going, convince the school board that drama class is a worthwhile class with an actual impact, and get this class of 20 feral children under control. All while juggling his own theatre commitments, family visits, and a new budding relationship?
No big deal right?

Summary
You know what? Middle school is still rough. Granted, Roman has almost five years of experience under his belt now, but those teenagers are still terrifying. But when Roman is offered a role in a touring show, that means he would be parting with his job, which he had grown to love; he is put in a difficult spot. He must choose. His job or his dream?
All while planning a wedding, dealing with school fights and drama, and while experiencing some of the worst stage fright he's ever had.Has he made the right choice?
