  Summary

  Whitney McCarthy, daughter of head detective Apollo McCarthy, is a young girl aspiring to become a detective. She isn’t taken seriously, due to being a young child. One day, however, on one of her seemingly unimportant mysteries, she manages to capture Kishire’s most infamous thief—The Phantom Bleu. Unfortunately, with the following days, she discovers more complex secrets about the adults she loves—her dad, her magic professor Lilian Meyer, and the very person she just caught.
