After a tragic loss, Thorin Oakenshield moves his family away from the city and to a small town known as the Shire in hopes that they'll be able to heal and move on.

Bilbo Baggins never thought himself as a family man but finds his attention drifting to the newcomer and his boys more and more.

Notes:

Slow burn Bagginshield, but the series is going to mostly focus around Thorin and his boys and the relationships they make with the people of the Shire.

There will be future angst, but it shouldn't overtake the fluff.
