Just as Akito rounded a corner, something— or, someone— grabbed him by the back of his collar, yanking him into a locker and slamming the door shut. Buffering in confusion, Akito opened his mouth to ask a thousand questions, but the mystery person planted both of their hands over his mouth.
“Shh.”
It was a whisper, a quiet one at that, but it carried the slightest edge of a familiar voice— No, it couldn’t be him, right? Thin rays of light spilled into the dark space through the slits of the locker door, granting Akito just enough visibility to confirm his suspicions.
Oh, he was so screwed.

Nene had turned her paper in already, so she had logged onto one of the many games on her phone. That didn’t mean she wasn’t eavesdropping on their conversation, however, as she chimed in before Akito had a chance to answer.
“He got laid and doesn’t know how to feel about it.”
