Summary
For the last couple of weeks, Ian had seen glimpses of the high-strung, stressed-out man he once knew, and didn't particularly wish to see again. The man could come visit every now and then, sure, but now he was overstaying his welcome. Ian didn't like the way Anthony's gaze became intense - too intense - just to dull again. It was frustrating and scary to witness his partner like that. He felt like Anthony was in a slow descent to somewhere he should never, ever go again.
