Summary
If he had to find the meaning in what happened in the subsequent years, Sasuke would have had to return to his adolescence. Killing his brother, fighting the war, and surviving had been his goals back then. The promise of a quiet life frightened him: a wife, a daughter, and, above all, his own secrecy, which made everything even more difficult.
Solitude allowed him to run away from himself, and the chaos of missions presented itself as rest. Amidst this, a night in a clandestine bar became the slip-up he had denied himself for so many years.
