Summary
Three rain-bright days in Konoha: Minato the Yondaime hosts Yahiko’s Ame delegation, breaks bread at home (yes, Jiraiya slurps; yes, there are fireworks), and trades jealousy for kinship.
Day three, under steady rain, the councils watch Shikaku stamp a treaty that says it plain: we repair; we’re neighbors on purpose - tea first, commas second.

Summary
One year after the Third Shinobi War, Konoha’s “victory” is frayed at the edges. Budgets are bone. Tempers are glass. Someone turns scarcity into a weapon to pry the village open from the inside. Minato is the heart; the village is the body; Old remnants are the cold hand that says bodies survive on discipline alone. Tea kettles, ledgers, and one precise knife decide the argument.

Summary
After a mission goes wrong, Kakashi comes back bruised, silent, and brittle around the edges. Minato knows better than to ask first. He brews tea, adjusts the light, and teaches the room how to be gentle again. Sometimes, care sounds like four-count breathing and a bandage shaped like a paw. Sometimes, it’s just knowing when not to say the name.

Summary
In Konoha, even pregnancy is a classified mission. When Kushina’s condition becomes an S-rank secret, Minato mobilizes a hand-picked ANBU detail - Wolf, Crane, and Fox - to guard her and the unborn baby under the absurdly titled Prenatal Protocol: Tea First, Panic Never.

Summary
Gai joins Minato’s squad in the peaceful, post-war lull of the Icarus verse and promptly decides dropping his guard for half a second is an unforgivable sin. Minato catches him trying to atone via bloody knuckle push-ups at dawn and, instead of stopping him from giving 100%, teaches him how to aim it: the difference between martyrdom and teamwork, standards and self-harm. Or: Gai learns the Yellow Flash didn’t choose him despite his intensity, but because of it - and that the shinobi way isn’t “die gloriously,” it’s “live long enough to make Kakashi's hair go grey-er.”
