On the surface, he is merely the owner of an adoption agency that just so happens to be used to some of the richest families. On the surface, he gives impoverished boys homes with well off families. Beneath the surface however, he is a pervert that takes advantage of his power to abuse the boys he claims to save. Either at his own hand or the hand of the people he hands the children over to.
