Gym after gym he overcame yet this is an obstacle unfathomable, a giant ready to swallow him whole. Pity-party starts in his mind and he puts a sleeve over his eyes to hide the prickling tears from happy-go-lucky Gloria and Victor. Not that'd they realize, tightly wrapped up in each other as they are.
