Summary
He doesn’t wish to talk about it, not even to acknowledge the elephant in the room. He knows there’s nothing that can break this perfect little bubble they’ve spent decades building, not even if Sakazuki looks at him like he’s privy to Borsalino’s thoughts. He does have thoughts, though.
After the Summit War, Borsalino knows he doesn't have long left with Sakazuki and Kuzan. He decides to make the most of it.

Summary
Kuzan strokes Sakazuki’s tongue with his and groans at the salty taste of Borsalino mixed in the exchange. Above them, said man chuckles and strokes both Kuzan and Sakazuki’s hair lovingly as they kiss, and suddenly Kuzan needs more. Needs to connect with them before the last of what’s holding them together snaps for good.
In the aftermath of the 10-day duel, Borsalino feels like he’s hardly holding Sakazuki and himself afloat. When Kuzan finally returns home to his two lovers, the need to reconnect before their imminent end has all three men laying bare everything.
