My Omegaverse au- (please read)
Female Omega’s- Have a vagina, have heats, can have children. Scents usually are floral and sweeter, almost always have a sweet undertone (pills can be taken to take this sweet undertone away though it hurts the user) though this is a usual basis, it can be anything depending on the person.
Male Omega’s- Are intersex from birth (though this ≠ they can tell at birth as intersex in this universe is just more common), they have a penis (though the chance of them getting someone pregnant is like 1/10000000 and a vagina, they can have children too as they have a womb (I will add, presenting as a male omega hurts quite a bit as a womb that was undetectable beforehand grows a lot bigger) Same scent basis as female omega’s.
Beta’s- Now this is where my AU varies.
Beta’s in this au are different so they are 3 categories, in this all beta’s are intersex.
Dominant Beta (wether female or male), this is generally dependent on what the person needs deep down- Can get people pregnant at a 75% success rate, can get pregnant at a 25% success rate, have ‘Psuedo-Ruts’ where they act as a regular alpha would during ruts just watered down, these ruts are usually more about really seeking validation, they’re scents usually lean on a deeper side, similar to an alpha’s but have a subtler way of dominance. They also have mini knots, they last about 5 minutes less than the average alpha.
Submissive Beta- Can get people pregnant at a 25% success rate, can get pregnant at a 75% success rate. They have ‘Psuedo-Heats’ but cramps are less than an omega’s heat, scents are almost the same as omega’s but usually have a more subtle sweet undertone.
Switch Beta- They can get people pregnant and get pregnant at a 50% chance both sides. They experience a mix of heats and ruts, depending on which way they are leaning at the time they’ll be more protective or overly loving.
Alpha Female- intersex with knots, Get people pregnant at a 90% chance. They can’t usually get pregnant very easily but can. Scent usually deeper, more natural.
Alpha Male- Knots, can get people pregnant . Scent usually deep, more natural.
Pre-Rut: Scent starts sharpening, for sexual ruts libido goes up + protectiveness , for comfort ruts protectiveness goes up
Ruts- Protective or Needy depending on which way the Alpha swings (think of it like service tops, they’d be needy) , scentings go crazy. There’s 2 types, comfort ruts and sexual ruts. Comfort ruts are usually what happens when someone doesn’t have a partner (or their partner is away) or is younger then 17 (which is when sexual heats would start to happen if they have a partner) sexual ruts are your regular ruts where they want sex.
Heats- Most Omega’s with kids or who view a child as their child will be both protective and needy, a little feral too. If not they act the same as the other 2 in the ruts. Comfort heats a lot of the times omega’s will still slick, cramp and everything, they crave validation and like to have everyone is the familial bonds around them, if not this tends to make the cramps worse. Sexual heats typically only ever happen when an omega is with someone as having a sexual heat without a mate could be very bad.
Pre-Heat: most of the time slick starts ramping up a day of 2 before heat. Scent begins sweetening harder, need to be around their children, need to nest, need to sit and calm, cramping is usually half there half not.
Scent blockers- Using them over 12 hours can result in itchy scent glands and scent problems.
Prime Omega’s- Their commands work on people outside of their packs -though use of commands without permission is illegal- their scents have a lot more sway with people.
Prime Alpha’s- Exact same thing
Prime Beta’s- exact same thing
Packs in this universe matter A LOT, they’re needed to keep you mentally sound.
Your pack parents ≠ your parents (which I refer to as Sire and Dam) BUT pack parents will respect the actual parents (unless they are harming the pup)
In this universe being feral is really important to wether you can be charged for crimes. Feral people will obey very very easily if they don’t persevere the person as a threat (such as shigaraki and AFO) and while most villains fit the criteria, the biggest thing that matters is if you chose to leave your pack and pursue being a criminal for no reason
