Summary
After Captain Cortez departs from LAPD SWAT, Commander Hicks scrambles to find a replacement. An old Army contact introduces him to Elizabeth Matthews, a brilliant and capable ex-Navy SEAL officer with a sharp mind. Impressed, Hicks fast-tracks her assignment to his Team.
