Summary
Izuku, or Experiment 0094, was kidnapped at brought to the lab when he was six years old. His similar (an experiment made using the same DNA/Aspects), 0043, was kidnapped at age 5, a year before Izuku. The two are best friends, but have never been able to talk freely. If they did, the collars would go off (Izuku's would shock him, 0043's emits a high-pitched sound that only 0043 can hear).

Summary
This story is like an extension of 'Experiment 0094'. It shows how Izuku was kidnapped (something he doesn't really remember). It also shows Katsuki's emotions after the events. Shows how these events leave Katsuki different than canon Bakugo.
It shows the game of hide of seek, but also bits of Katsuki's life after that.Events in the last bit of the story may line up with the first chapter (not the prologue) of 'Experiment 0094'.
