Almost out of my control, I lean in and kiss him fiercely. The ghoul is surprised but something within him stays. I reach up to touch his face but he grabs my wrist.

Above head, I hear a whirling noise. It's the brotherhood of steel helicopters. There’s three of them in a triangle formation. I don’t think they noticed my presence. If they did, they must have more important matters. I hate those bastards. Them and their steel armor. Those things make you look like a douche. It doesn't help that they act that way, too.
