Summary
Tom has been a Yeerk host, a human-Controller, for fifteen months. Fifteen months of trying to be strong, trying to fight back, trying, desperately, to protect his family from the monster that's living his life. Fifteen months of being beaten, broken, crushed, ground down to little more than dust.
When Temrash-252 is reassigned to the Governor, the best he can hope for is a slightly less torturous Yeerk.
